Cross-border
Cross-border and international labels are quoted in CAD with DDP or DDU for the US. Fill in the customs info once per product, then drop the parcels at our warehouse and we hand them to the carrier.

PrepKingz quotes several cross-border carriers for each parcel so you can buy the cheapest. You choose DDP or DDU, fill in customs with HTS codes, pay from your CAD wallet, and drop the parcels off at our Montréal warehouse.
Compare carriers for each destination. PrepKingz quotes international rates in CAD and you buy the cheapest one for that parcel. International parcels go through our Montréal warehouse, which handles the customs paperwork with the carrier.
Yes. DDU is the default: your customer pays any duties on delivery and there is no PrepKingz fee. With DDP, duties are charged to your CAD wallet up front plus a $5 brokerage fee, so your customer pays nothing at the door. Details at shipping.prepkingz.ca/cross-border.
Every USA or international parcel needs an HTS code, country of origin and declared value for each product. You can save these once per product and search HTS codes from the portal. You stay responsible for the accuracy of the declaration, and the label cannot be bought until it is complete.
No. Labels for addresses in Canada can be shipped from anywhere. USA and international parcels have to be dropped off at our Montréal warehouse so we can hand them to the carrier with the customs paperwork.
