Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PrepKingz Shipping portal (“Portal”) by merchants and authorized users in Canada. By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the legal business identified during signup.

2. Services

PrepKingz provides merchant shipping tools including order intake from connected sales channels (such as Shopify and eBay), carrier rate comparison, label purchase, prepaid wallet billing, optional warehouse pick-and-pack fulfillment, and shipment tracking. Specific features available to your account depend on your fulfillment selection and account status.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate legal business, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
• Only authorized representatives may open and manage the account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must comply with applicable Canadian laws, carrier rules, customs requirements, and marketplace policies.

4. Orders, labels, and fulfillment

You retain ownership of your inventory and customer relationships. PrepKingz acts as your service provider for shipping-related workflows you enable. Label purchases and wallet debits are generally final once a carrier label is issued, subject to our Refund & Wallet Policy. You are responsible for order data accuracy, prohibited-item compliance, and packaging suitable for the selected service.

5. Fees and billing

Shipping labels, fulfillment services, and related charges are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) through your prepaid wallet and/or Stripe invoicing as configured for your account. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST) may be collected where required. Current pricing, minimum balances, and payment methods are shown in the Portal and may be updated with reasonable notice for future transactions.

6. Third-party services

The Portal integrates with third parties including payment processors, carriers, and sales channels. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. PrepKingz is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties outside our reasonable control.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Portal for unlawful shipments, fraud, abuse, interference with platform operations, or attempts to bypass billing or security controls. PrepKingz may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk to carriers or customers, or non-payment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Québec and Canada, PrepKingz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Portal is limited to the fees you paid to PrepKingz for the affected service in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Québec shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or small-claims remedies where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
